How private is my profile?

Your contacts and personal links stay closed by default - nothing about you is published publicly. The "I'm looking for work" flag in your profile is the signal to the ToRecruit team that you can be surfaced to companies that are actively looking for a specialist.

Can I hide my profile whenever I want?

Yes. Flip the "I'm not looking for work" switch in your profile and it's immediately frozen - our team stops forwarding it, no company sees it, no recommendation surfaces. Turn it back on the moment you're open to offers again.

What happens once I mark myself as looking for work?

Your profile becomes available to our team for hand-picked recommendations to companies searching for exactly your kind of specialist. We only forward after a real person on our side re-checks that the role matches what you told us during onboarding.

How does the actual connection with a company happen?

Once a company confirms you look like a fit, we personally reach out to you via the contact channels you left at onboarding - phone, WhatsApp, Telegram. We tell you exactly which company is interested and ask whether you're ready for an interview. If yes, we introduce you directly and from that point you talk to the company on your own.

Do I pay anything to use ToRecruit?

No. Registration, onboarding, and active use of your profile are free - including the part where we successfully help you land a job. The hiring company covers the fee, never you. Paid options exist if you want to support the platform, but they're strictly optional.

Who actually picks which roles I see?
